The Role

This is not a junior or training role.

You'll own and scale our Google Ads (Search only) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for iOS user acquisition, working under modern privacy constraints (ATT, SKAN, AEM, etc.). You'll design, launch, and optimize campaigns for installs, trials, subscriptions, and in-app purchases — end to end.

Schedule: Flexible, with a few overlapping hours for syncs and reporting

What You'll Do

Google Ads – Search Only

Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search campaigns to drive high-intent users to our iOS app (App Store and/or landing pages).

Build and maintain keyword structures, including match types, negatives, and smart grouping.

Own bidding logic and budget strategies (think tCPA / tROAS mental models applied to Search).

Collaborate with developers to ensure clean tracking via Firebase/GA4 and/or server-side tracking in a SKAN-compliant way.

Run continuous A/B tests on ad copy and extensions to improve CTR, CVR, and downstream ROAS.

Meta Ads – iOS User Acquisition

Plan and execute Meta campaigns focused on iOS app installs, trials, subscriptions, and IAPs.

Set up and maintain Aggregated Event Measurement (AEM) and event prioritization for iOS.

Work closely with product/creative to brief and iterate on UGC-style creatives, hooks, and ad angles.

Structure accounts logically: prospecting vs. retargeting, broad vs. interest, lookalikes, and Advantage+ app setups where relevant.

Continuously optimize budgets, bids, and audiences based on CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and retention.

Attribution, Measurement & Strategy

Collaborate with developers on SKAdNetwork (SKAN) setup and conversion value schemas (early signals vs. revenue signals, etc.).

Use data from MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular, etc.) and Firebase/GA4 to analyze cohorts and funnels.

Prepare clear weekly performance reports (installs, trials, subs, revenue, ROAS by campaign/ad set/ad) with concrete next steps.

Recommend and prioritize creative tests, GEO/language expansion, and budget reallocations based on data — not gut feeling.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

2+ years of hands-on experience running Google Search + Meta Ads specifically for mobile apps (iOS).

Solid, practical experience with:

SKAdNetwork (SKAN): conversion value schemas, postbacks, limitations

ATT and its impact on tracking, optimization, and reporting

AEM (Aggregated Event Measurement) on Meta

At least one MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular, etc.)

Strong understanding of app growth metrics: CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, ARPU, LTV, retention, payback period, cohort analysis.

Proven ability to design, launch, and scale campaign structures from scratch on both Google Search and Meta.

Comfortable working independently, with clear performance targets and minimal micromanagement.

Strong written and spoken English for day-to-day communication, async updates, and reporting.

Nice-to-Haves

Background with subscription-based consumer apps.

Familiarity with Firebase, GA4, or other analytics/BI tools.

Experience testing and scaling UGC-style creatives on Reels, TikTok, Shorts, etc.

Any prior work with AI / creative tools / SaaS is a plus.
