Responsibilities
Build and improve the web UI: Implement and refine pages and components of
our web application, focusing on usability, responsiveness, and performance.
Work on AI-driven features: Help build flows where users can interact with
AI-powered tools (e.g., content generation, personalization, smart templates).
Integrate external services and APIs: Connect the web app to third-party
APIs (including AI services) and ensure data is handled securely and efficiently.
User management and data handling: Develop and maintain features like user
authentication, profiles/dashboards, and secure storage of user-related data.
Feature expansion and quality: Work with the team to define and implement
new features, test functionality, fix bugs, and contribute to a smooth user experience.
Learning and research: Stay up-to-date on modern web technologies and

Qualifications
Requirements
Student status: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program
(Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field). This is a working-student
(part-time) role.
Programming skills: Experience with web development. You should know
HTML/CSS/JavaScript and at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Node.js). Familiarity
with modern web frameworks (such as React or Vue) and REST APIs is a plus.
Interest in AI: Genuine enthusiasm for AI and modern web products. You
don't need to be an ML expert, but you should be excited to work on AI-driven applications.
Team player with solid English: Good communication and collaboration
skills. All work (code, documentation, discussions) is in English, so strong written and
spoken English is required.
Self-motivated learner: We're looking for someone curious and proactive.
You should be able to pick up new tools quickly, ask questions when needed, and work with
minimal supervision.

Generative AI Teknoloji A.Ş. is a fast-growing mobile AI company building consumer-facing iOS and
Web apps. We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who can own and
scale our Google Ads (Search only) and Meta Ads for iOS user acquisition and create new
campaigns.
This is not a junior or training role. You should already know how to acquire high-quality iOS
users under modern privacy constraints (ATT, SKAN, AEM, etc.) and be able to work independently
with clear performance goals.
You will work part-time (15–20 hours per week) on a contract basis, with flexible hours as long
as you can join for a few overlapping hours with our core team for syncs and reporting.
Responsibilities
Google Ads – Search Only
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search campaigns to drive high-intent users to our iOS app
(App Store page or landing pages).
Build and maintain keyword structures, including match types and negative keyword lists.
Own bidding logic and strategies (e.g., tCPA / tROAS style thinking applied to Search
campaigns).
Collaborate with the tech team to ensure proper conversion tracking via Firebase/GA4 and/or
server-side tracking in a SKAN-compliant way.
Run ongoing A/B tests on ad copy and extensions to improve CTR, CVR, and downstream ROAS.
Meta Ads – iOS User Acquisition
Plan and execute Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) focused on iOS app installs, trials,
subscriptions, and in-app purchases.
Set up and maintain Aggregated Event Measurement (AEM) and event prioritization.
Work with the product/creative team to brief and iterate on UGC creatives, hooks, and ad
angles.
Structure campaigns logically (prospecting, retargeting, broad vs. interest, lookalikes,
Advantage+ app style setups where relevant).
Continuously optimize budgets, bids, and audiences based on CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and
retention.
Attribution, Measurement & Strategy
Collaborate with developers on SKAdNetwork (SKAN) setup and conversion value schema (early
signals vs. revenue signals, etc.).
Use data from MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular, etc.), Firebase/GA4, or similar
tools to evaluate cohort performance.
Prepare weekly performance reports (installs, trials, subscriptions, revenue, ROAS by
campaign/ad set/ad) and propose next steps.
Suggest and prioritize creative tests, GEO/language expansion, and budget reallocations
based on data.

email marketing for our consumer-facing iOS and web apps, with the goal of converting new users
(cold and lightly warm leads) into active customers.
You will own the entire email campaign process end-to-end: building and segmenting targeted
mailing lists, writing compelling copy, designing email layouts, executing A/B tests, and
analyzing performance.
Responsibilities
Build and segment mailing lists: Identify, grow, and manage targeted email
lists to reach new potential users and maintain list quality and hygiene.
Craft end-to-end campaigns: Design and execute email campaigns from start
to finish – write persuasive, on-brand copy; design or coordinate email templates
(mobile-responsive); set up automations and schedule sends using email marketing tools.
A/B testing & optimization: Implement A/B tests on subject lines, content,
and layouts; track results and continuously optimize for higher open rates, CTRs, and

This role is like a junior product owner / product researcher: you'll explore what competitors
are doing, what users might want, and help us shape the next features of our apps. You do not
need prior job experience – interest, curiosity, and willingness to learn are more important.
You'll work part-time alongside your studies (around 15–20 hours per week), fully remote, on a
